If you not or not fully satisfied with the services provided by Lustrous Law, please revert in first instance to the person who is assisting you. Should that not lead to a solution, you may always contact Lustrous Law’s Management Board, either by telephone (+31 20 89 444 00) or by email (info@lustrouslaw.com). Eventually, a complaint may – inter alia – be submitted to the Complaints Board (‘Geschillencommissie’); see www.knb.nl and www.geschillencommissie.nl.
