Dayenne was born and grew up in Amsterdam. She has been working in the field of corporate law in notarial practice since 2007, and joined Lustrous Law in 2010. After completing her studies in notarial law and law (specialising in private law) at VU University Amsterdam, she started working at Lustrous Law as a deputy civil law notary in 2012.
She has experience in setting up national and international corporate law structures. She advises people starting up their own businesses as well as seasoned advisors to large-scale national and international parties on matters relating to national and international corporate law, sometimes in collaboration with one of the partners at Lustrous Law. And she also ensures that rush jobs – such as legalisation assignments, which always have to be done in a hurry – are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In collaboration with the Lustrous Law partners, she provides guidance to the team of legal assistants, some of whom are still students. This is partly because she herself worked as a legal assistant at Lustrous Law and other legal firms when she was a student, which helped her gain the necessary experience.
Dayenne enjoys travelling in her spare time and is interested in fashion and dance. She trained at a well-known dance academy in Amsterdam before finally deciding to study law.
